After-School Clubs – Discover, Explore and Enjoy!
At SS John and Monica Catholic Primary School, we believe that learning and personal development extend far beyond the classroom. Our exciting range of after-school clubs provides children with wonderful opportunities to discover new interests, develop talents, build confidence and enjoy spending time with friends.
We are proud to offer a varied programme of extracurricular activities, delivered by our dedicated school staff and carefully selected external providers.

Our after-school clubs operate on a rolling programme throughout the academic year, ensuring that children have opportunities to experience a wide range of activities.
Examples of clubs we offer include:

Arts and Crafts – Encouraging imagination, creativity and artistic expression.

Our programme is regularly reviewed and refreshed to reflect children's interests and provide new and exciting experiences.
Clubs for Different Age Groups
We aim to make our extracurricular opportunities as inclusive and accessible as possible.
Some clubs are specifically designed for Key Stage 1 (Years 1 and 2), others for Key Stage 2 (Years 3–6), while a number are open to children across both key stages.
The age groups, days, times and availability of each club are shared with parents and carers when bookings open.

Booking and Payments
Information about available clubs, including booking arrangements and costs, is shared with families at the beginning of each club programme.
Payments are made either securely through Eduspot or directly to the external provider, depending on the club.
Please note that clubs are subject to a minimum number of participants to ensure they remain viable. Where insufficient bookings are received, a club may unfortunately be unable to run. Parents will be informed if this is the case.
